Flow Yoga

Flow, also known as Vinyasa practice, is a vigorous sequence of yoga poses, which each movement in to or out is made on an inhalation or exhalation.

 

The sequence includes Sun Salutations and is built according an arc, starting slowly towards peak poses, then cooling down towards Savasana, the famous relaxing pose.

Teaching focuses on breath and alignments, introduces inversions, backbends and arm balances.
