We teach Pilates and Yoga with a french touch... The studio offers two spaces, a cosy and quiet indoor studio for cold or rainy days, and an outdoor deck surrounded by a beautiful garden for warmer days. Both places invite to find stillness and inner peace.
I hold a master degree in mechanical engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, a leading engineering institution in France. I started my career as an ERP consultant.
In 2004, mother of 4 boys, living in Beijing China, I discovered Pilates, and realised that the discipline became a part of my life, so I decided to start a new career as a Pilates Instructor.
Trained in HongKong at Isofit, I am a certified Polestar Pilates instructor, since 2006.
I started to teach classes from 2006 to 2007 in Beijing. In Singapore from 2008 to 2012, I created and ran my own Studio [Pink] Pilates. Back to Paris in 2012, I taught mat and reformer classes at Qee studio and discovered the vinyasa yoga practice.
Relocated in Boston MA in 2014, I founded my new studio SPR and started to teach pilates, in the same time registered in Down Under Yoga' s 200H Teacher Training, followed by a 300H Teacher Training under Natasha Rizopoulos' mentorship. Later, I had been amazed by Nicole Clark's healing work and learned a lot from her Power of Touch's mentorship. The more I was learning, the more I was slowing down. In the search of stillness, in 2020, I became a certified Relax and Renew ®️ Level One teacher, and deepened my anatomy knowledge under then mentorship of Judith H. Lasater. Since the pandemic, I am grateful for having been able to start to practice and study Iyengar with Patricia Walden.
Ten years ago, I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a genetic disease that causes joints inflammation. The more yoga I practice, the less I suffer. In September 2021, I registered in an advanced program (875h) in yoga therapy.
Today, I teach both Yoga and Pilates, I am convinced that Pilates is a tool you can use at all time, from your daily activities to your most challenging sport.
Besides my yoga and pilates activities, I like swimming, trekking and love flying trapeze. Keep breathing, keep moving !

In response to the pandemic, we ask our clients to be fully vaccinated and to bring their own mat and props. As of Aug 21, the town of Arlington requires to wear a mask for all indoor activities.
